Does it really handle TPS and TVQ correctly?+
Yes. Every receipt is split into subtotal, TPS (5%) and TVQ (9.975%), and the printed total is treated as the source of truth: if the math does not reconcile, the receipt is flagged for a quick review instead of being silently corrected.
What about faded or crumpled receipts?+
Thermal paper is our home turf. The AI reads low-contrast, wrinkled and partially torn receipts, and tells you its confidence on each one. Anything it is unsure about lands in the review queue rather than in your books.
Is my data kept long enough for an audit?+
Original images and extracted records are retained for six years, matching CRA and Revenu Québec requirements. Export everything at any time; the data is yours.
